How TourBuilder works:
The 360º panoramic images are captured by connecting the TourBuilder app to the Ricoh 360º camera. Once connected, you capture the apartment unit one 360º image at a time, walking a logical path of the space.
After capturing all of the panos, you can move on to take still photos and videos of the spaces (optional). When you are done shooting the entire area, you can either save and exit to publish with a Wifi connection or publish the virtual tour immediately.
After a virtual tour is published, the images are sent to the LCP Media cloud, at which point the auto-builder begins to assemble the tour for you. Once the auto-builder completes the tour, the LCP Media team completes a quality check to ensure the virtual tour is built correctly.
Once a virtual tour is approved by LCP Media’s production team, the tour gets sent to the main LCP Media virtual tour platform and appears live on the TourBuilder app.
Live tours can be shared from the TourBuilder app or from the TourBuilder Insights dashboard. LCP Media provides a direct URL link that can be shared in the app by clicking on the curved arrow in the upper-right corner of your phone.
To access the TourBuilder tours on the TourBuilder Insights dashboard, go to the main tour first and click on the units tab.
Within the units tab on the TourBuilder Insights dashboard, you can access each individual unit and share the virtual tour with an embed code, a direct URL link, and/or a QR code.

I have created several unit-level virtual tours for multi-unit residential buildings, and this is the best app I’ve seen so far for being able to create very slick looking virtual tours. Great product, very easy to use U/I.
