MedNuLog

MedNuLog is an e-log book application designed for medical students at Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand. The students can easily record their patients and activities with its simple-to-use interface and enhance their self reflection with many supporting features. The responsible students must be aware that any information involving patients is confidential. 

This application is a part of the academic program provided by the university. The service is paid by the university. However, it can be used as a generic log book for general users.
