The app is absolute trash. We initially loved the app for both the tracking features and for controlling the SNOO. We started noticing that the tracker was VERY finicky. The start time is around 8 am, so early morning items get tracked on the day before (how does this make any sense?!!!) and there’s NO way to change this time setting. I’m at a point where I need to track bottle feeds and ounces drank, but have to calculate it myself because of this! I also noticed that sometimes nursing or bottle sessions wouldn’t save.I contacted SNOO support and they were NO help. They wanted me to screen recording this for proof. Tell me how a parent managing three little ones is supposed to remember to screen recording EVERY tracking item and then go back to make sure an item saves? Regardless, the app is overpriced and I wouldn’t pay for it.

I love this app, but the two things I wish it had were a tracker/stopwatch for tummy time, and also a log for any medications that we’ve given. Our babe gets reflux and has meds and vitamin D and it would be so nice to track everything in one place.

When the app works it is great but at least 60% of the time it can not connect to the snoo and it can not tell you why. Even when it does connect it can randomly disconnect while using the app. Worst off it doesn’t tell you why it can’t connect it needs work.
