Troubleshooting and support ・ Products can be recognized by reading the QR code marked on the driver unit. (QR codes will be marked on units one after the other.) ・ Users can check details and countermeasures for failures by selecting the model and the F1 code displayed on the drive-unit panel surface. ・ Log data handled by customers can be sent to TMEIC.

• Communication fees may be required to download the Application.
• The camera function is used to read QR codes.
• The dial function is used when contacting customer support.
