Yesterday was my first workout. I was so nervous, and overwhelmed walking in there knowing Cory wasn’t going to be there with me for my first work out. Soup was the coach that night and I couldn’t have been more thankful . I told her how nervous I was and she said “don’t be we have all been there”. Once that class started I never once felt alone or lost and not knowing what to do. She gave me clear directions on each set and corrected me if I needed it. When I was done with a set she was always there for the next step. I felt so much support from the others . I can’t wait to continue my journey with C2C.
