2026-02-14 TU***** I have been using DINE and SPACES app. It’s been intermittent working and then not working. It’s difficult to tell my customers how to operate. When have the time it’s not operational.

2025-03-05 Cl***** I tried to create an account with my email through the app, but it would not stop asking if I was a robot and I could not continue the create account flow. I could not find a way to context customer support on the app or here in the App Store.

2024-05-13 go***** When we keep having to enter payment details for every transaction when you offer saved credit cards option, it presents a level of stupidity that results in 1-star reviews. Whoever made that decision is single-handedly tanking your ratings. Dumb.

2024-02-23 Ni***** I’m a Wix fan. I have several sites with them where I use their mobile apps. This one however is a work in progress. Half the time it doesn’t open. I think there’s another fix needed with the menu area when you have multiple menu selections, but I want to be sure it’s not a user error before I comment on that. Right now it seems to get stuck on the blue page when trying to go into the app.

2024-02-06 ra***** This app is terrible. While I intended to order delivery, the app defaulted to a delivery address of the restaurant itself? After calling to update my order I went back to the app to add an address and after filling the form out multiple times it just won’t add my address. Then I tried searching for local restaurants (like the one I just ordered from) and all the results are restaurants I’ve never heard of and I don’t think are even local (despite selecting my address before searching). This Wix offering is half baked or just terribly broken at the moment and I don’t see myself using it again.

Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help, nor does rebooting the phone, etc. etc. The Google and Facebook buttons work just fine, as does “Sign up with Email”, so it seems there is a quality problem with this application, which does not thrill me. if you can’t get your app basics right, why should I trust you with my email address and password, because the quality of one’s app is indicative of one security overall. I’m very disappointed with Wix.
