The app interface itself is decent and easy enough to use but unfortunately the core reason I purchased the yearly subscription completely falls apart in real usage. I bought this app expecting it to automatically upload my photos in the background. I’ve enabled everything, background processing, full photo access, all permissions, yet it simply does not work as advertised. If I don’t manually open the app and keep it running on the screen, nothing uploads. The moment the app is closed or sent to the background, uploads stop. This defeats the entire purpose of a photo backup app. Having to constantly open the app and leave it running just to back up photos is extremely frustrating and impractical. It feels like either an inherent bug or a fundamental limitation that isn’t clearly disclosed. If background uploads actually worked reliably, this might be a much better product
