Dishout for Merchants

We’ve been experiencing issues with the vendor-provided devices, where customer orders don’t always come through. However, when orders do come through on those devices, we at least receive notifications. On the iPad, by contrast, while orders come through more reliably, there are no notifications at all, requiring us to constantly check the device. This notification issue is making it difficult to efficiently manage orders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Could you please look into this further to help us streamline our order fulfillment process?
