DREAM JOURNAL Using a dream journal or diary to track your dreams is one of the easiest ways to increase your dream recall. DreamWell has a beautifully designed dream journal that’s easy to use.

LUCID DREAM TECHNIQUES There are many techniques for having lucid dreams including WILD, MILD, SSILD, and mindful meditations. DreamWell has notifications to help you perform reality tests / state checks (asking yourself if you’re dreaming).

Either of these subscriptions will provide you with unlimited access to DreamWell’s content library while you maintain the subscription. These prices are for customers in the United States. Pricing in other countries may vary and may be converted to your local currency.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription.
