Events ASO

Events aims to :

• Provide A.S.O. employees, team members and followers working on events with a digital tool for exchanging information and raising alerts relating to the organization;
• Centralize internal communications on events;
• Optimize event alert management processes;
• Facilitate and modernize communication between event stakeholders.

It includes the following information:

• News: cold and hot information on the race and its organization, alerts, health recommendations.
• Agenda: organization meetings and activations.
• Directory: list of organization telephone numbers.
• Documents: cold information about the race and the organization.
• Accommodation: list of accommodation and vouchers for the user working on the event.
• Settings: notification and availability management.
