I can’t transfer money to another bank can’t top up my airtime can’t transfer money to my telebirr wallet, because the option to select from account is not displaying my account number and I can’t skip that because it’s a required field. This is very frustrating it’s not a type of bug you expect from one of the biggest banks in the country

It keeps saying server is not available after working hours. This happens a lot in early morning and holidays. Can you please work on it!!!! The balance does not refresh either!!! It takes days to know what your actual balance is unless you go online and check. The description of transfers is really bad. It doesnt tell you who you transferred to. The only good thing is, since recently other bank transfers are being delivered in a speedy manner.
