Everything needs an app nowadays including picking up my own children from school. I’m pretty sure my children know whose car to get in since they’ve been riding with me for 15 years. Security, blah blah blah, but we managed the car line for how long before tech bros decided to make life “easier”. Now the school wants to hold my kid hostage until I click their stupid button. Just dumb all around.

This app is fine. My school uses, so I use it. Nearly every time I log in with username & password, it follows up with a pop up - “use biometrics to login in the future?” Yes / No buttons. I always hit yes. NOT ONCE has it used Face ID to login me in. Just my usual password remembering on my phone. STOP ASKING & getting my hopes up that someday I’ll login with biometrics ( which I assume to mean Face ID) It’s fine if it doesn’t work. Just STOP WASTING MY TIME & ASKING ME. This has not happened once. It has happened hundreds of times!? Over several years. Please disable that prompt!!!! ( i have checked to make sure my app is up to date, too )
