This app sucks. You can’t reply back to messages, it lost my automatic payment so I was getting double charged and couldn’t cancel the first one. I always have issues.

So far I have sent over 60 messages through the message center. No response. They have no phone number and no email. They have no means to communicate other than this app and they won’t answer anything. They just add fees and extra charges repeatedly loading up what they say you owe them. If they aren’t a scam, they are knowingly hurting and abusing families while eliminating any form of recourse or communication and they make no effort to do anything other than take your money and take as much as possible. This should be criminal.
