You have an offer of free delivery when purchasing Henikel products ( more than 7 JD ) which I made but did not get the free delivery offer !! I tried to communicate through Whats app but the agent was not enough Knowledgeable and his supervisor denied the offer you posted on application!! I had very hard time completing the order and wasting my time with chatting with your staff without resolving the issue! Finally I did the order but unhappy with customer service. My recommendation, when posting an offer provide a code to use upon check out . Thanks
