The CardioWatch 287 bracelet is a medically certified wireless remote monitoring system intended for continuous collection of physiological data in home and healthcare settings. CardioWatch 287 is a CE medical device certified under EU-MDR standards.

The Corsano AF app is intended for end-users to monitor your activity, your sleep and analyze your heart rhythm with Preventicus Heartbeats Core service. Using the PPG sensor in the bracelet, a pulse curve is captured continuously, and the heart rate data derived.

The optional Preventicus service detects indications of cardiac arrhythmias. This includes the following cardiac arrhythmias: evidence of absolute arrhythmia with suspicion of atrial fibrillation, detection of evidence of ectopic beats and determination of heart rate with evidence of bradycardia and tachycardia, without further diagnostic differentiation. If the Preventicus Heartbeats Core algorithm detects indications of a cardiac arrhythmia, the affected person can save the underlying information in the form of a PDF report and share it with third parties if necessary. In addition, the affected person is recommended further medical evaluation by professionals.

Apple Health is also available to share your step, sleep, heart rate between the App and Apple Health. You can manage Apple Health settings in the Apple Health App and turn on writing of step, sleep, and heart rate analysis.
