This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I just had my number ported in and the actual cell phone activated with the SIM card. It took seven days to get today and today I had to take that number again and have it ported back out of this company because they told me the wrong information. They were telling me Lifeline was canceling my service now they just just got a message just before I called since I was not able to send any text so I immediately called Lifeline and Lifeline disputed what they said, but Lifeline said there’s nothing they can do about any of these carriers that their hands are tired and I told the lady at Lifeline well that seems criminal because you’re paying them for my cellular service that I can’t afford to pay for so it seems criminal but she had nothing to say except that what they said was wrong the other the guy also suggested that I either buy stuff from them to use their cellular service or go to another company and that’s exactly what I did. I went back to the company I was at before them that was fixing to start charging me because my free time was about expired and I will never use this company again. It was a total waste of time. I hope this helps someone because I was promised unlimited talk text and 4.5 GB of data per month. I couldn’t even get the text to work and was told I would have to pay for it.
