i’ve had this app for about 3 months and it keeps wiping all of my weight loss data and I use the data to see how much weight ive lost over the months that ive been going to the gym. but i go to check again today and all my data is gone again. I recommend that if you use this app you should take screenshots of your progress and not rely on the shoddy data saving.

Good afternoon. I love your app and the hardware that’s at my health club. I’ve been using it for the past month and a half. I also noticed that your app is 3 years old and doesn’t sync any data with Apple health. Does anyone know if there’s a third-party company that allows his data to transfer over to Apple health or do I have to enter my BMI and other numbers and manually. Also, how accurate is using the wand on the bicep? Does it have to be pressed hard against the bicep or just lightly?
