The Thinkific iOS app is plagued by login and content-loading issues across multiple reviews, with stability and navigation glitches and poor support; a few users report a simple UI and usable iPhone experience, but overall reliability is inconsistent and discovery/purchasing within the app is limited.

Pros

Simple, straightforward user interface.
Generally usable on iPhone for some users.
Provides mobile access to learning content and courses.

Cons

Frequent login/authentication problems (can't log in, login fails after updates).
Content loading crashes and pages not rendering (blank content, 'screen doesn't exist', video issues).
Stability/UX glitches and confusing navigation (inconsistent buttons, trouble resuming progress).
Poor customer support and responsiveness (hard to contact; responses slow or unhelpful).
Limited discovery/purchasing within the app (unbranded version restricts seeing or buying other courses).

Recent reviews

I had been eagerly waiting for this but sadly the app is nearly unusable. I was able to add my company to the app under “Settings” in my account. I loved how simple the app was since our students almost always do not know English well. Thank you Thinkific Team for, what I’m sure, was a lot of work on your end to build this. However students are still not able to 1. take quizzes in the app (big problem) 2. the videos often do not work and just spiral endlessly (bigger problem) 3. your auto archiving of videos means student have to wait for videos to unarchive (before they spiral endlessly) I don’t recommend the app to any student sadly. The app is unusable and I don’t know why it’s still being pushed to us as if it works. :/
