Cloud Sync Service:
This APP provides you with cloud sync service – one account enables instant synchronization across multiple devices without manual backup. Most importantly, switching phones or devices won't cause data loss – one account gives you access to cloud data. The same account supports simultaneous login on multiple devices, enabling multi-device instant sync. Before starting, you need to register an administrator account, then log in.
Permissions and Roles:
Administrator: Has full permissions, can add or remove sub-users, purchase VIP to unlock more seats, export team data, and view system logs.
Sub-User: Can view shared ledgers, add and edit personal bookkeeping records, cannot view or modify other users' information.
Data and Privacy:
Cloud Storage: All bookkeeping data is encrypted and stored in the cloud, preventing permanent data loss due to device loss or damage.
Account Deletion: Supports administrator account deletion. After deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from the server – please back up important records yourself before proceeding.
In-App Purchase and VIP Service:
Purchase Service: Unlock more ledgers, accounts, categories, and record limits, support more sub-users for collaborative bookkeeping
