mojeIKP is a free app from the Polish Ministry of Health that brings e-referrals, e-prescriptions, and e-orders for medical devices to your phone. You can scan a QR code at pharmacies to pay for meds without sharing your PESEL, review your treatment history, set reminders to take medications, view medication leaflets, and grant access to your Electronic Medical Records to medical staff.

It also supports applying for EHIC, provides an emergency first aid guide, keeps important healthcare numbers on hand, and includes health tools such as a free exercise program, pedometer, hydration counter, and a diet portal. Additional features cover IPOM access, children's medical records, e-registration for appointments and vaccines, NFZ diet plans, and health reminders via push notifications.
