I purchased the app over a year ago thinking it was a one-time fee & was never informed it was a subscription nor how to cancel. The app was always a little finicky so I rarely used it. This year comes around & a random company that the GNB contracts with charged my card without prior authorization. I reached out to see why I was charged a random fee 2x my initial subscription amount without any explanation, and GNB said to contact their Sales Direct team Hussle Tech. Hussle Tech was 0% helpful, would not disclose when or how they received payment information and insisted that even though I believed I cancelled my account, it was still active. They also would not honor the terms of their supposed contract. You can only cancel through an obscure desktop link that wasn’t provided prior to renewal. I am not even angry that I was subscribed and had no idea - I am angry that GNB would sell our information to a third party and not tell us or update their terms accordingly prior to updated subscription renewal. I am also concerned that they would increase their pricing without informing their customers. Poor business practice. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I feel scammed out of my money, because I paid for the “premium” or “pro” version of the app, yet every time I open the app, I am locked out of all the features I have access to. Even when it gets fixed, the next time I open it, I will once again be locked out of the premium features I PAID for. And if you forget your password, don’t even try to reset it. You will get sent in a circle of emails, that will then log you into your account without letting you reset your password first - so that you can go into the settings on your account and change your password - but here’s the catch - you have to put in your CURRENT password to change it to a new one, which if you have forgotten it, and is why you are trying to change it in the first place, leaves you right where you started.

I was reached out to by the tech peeps and this issue was pretty quickly resolved…thank you! Thank you! I’m happy to get back to studying. I’m not sure what the deal is with this app but I’ve never experienced the level of frustration with an app as I have with this one. I can’t log in- can’t change my password because I don’t remember the old one. If the email helps me log in, still can’t change the password and can’t access the pro features because it would load. I’ve been a paying member for quite a long time and haven’t been able to access anything or if I can it’s a total fluke. I’ve reached out to customer service/support and it takes several days to respond and it’s just a bounce back that doesn’t come anywhere near solving the problems. Long story short- fix it, help me fix it, keep it fixed or give me my money back.
