GMO Sign

GMO Sign is a legally cloud-based e-signature service designed for easy, mobile signing of contracts—from notification to signature—on any device. Based on a January 2021 internal survey of major domestic e-contract services, it aims to reduce costs and improve signing efficiency while ensuring compliance.

It supports two signing modes (Counterparty via email authentication and In-house), a guided workflow (Notification → Review → Sign), and convenient features such as tracking pending documents, creating imprint or handwritten signatures, and signing without a computer. This makes it suitable for diverse business scenarios—from membership forms to enterprise contracts—and is backed by GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K. since 1996.
