Perpetua Training consists of three studios: Cardio Strength Flow Ride Classes range from are 25 or 40 minutes, from entry level, intermediate and advanced classes.

You can connect Perpetua Training to your TV via AirPlay or Google Chrome cast or simply watch on your phone/tablet.

Our membership gives you full access to all our classes (including HIIT, strength training, metcon, glutes and abs). There are classes and plans for every fitness level and goal.

Perpetua anywhere was one of the best workout resources to appear during a time where the gyms were inaccessible and my motivation and creativity were reaching a lot point. I missed training in a community with my favourite trainers inspiring and motivating me along the way. My favorite classes including the strength focused classes under 30 minutes. It’s so easy to get a firey workout done and not have to leave the comfort of your own home. I link it up to my TV and turn the lights low to try and recreate the ambience I love in-studio (Perpetua Fitness Dublin). Even the music is just as good as being in person!
