User Reviews
Pros
- Convenience when the system works, enabling pay-by-app with a drive-in/out flow.
- Promising concept for a centralized, multi-lot parking solution.
- General positive sentiment about the app idea and potential to simplify parking once bugs are fixed.
Cons
- Payment issues: after updates, you often can't pay from the app and must scan a QR code; auto-pay frequently fails, risking fines.
- License plate matching errors lead to charges or tickets for the wrong vehicle and are hard to reverse.
- Customer support is slow or unresponsive.
- Frequent bugs after updates break core features (payment, map, or session controls).
- Billing problems and overcharges, with disputes difficult to resolve and reports of unauthorized charges.

No Stars. I purchased a parking subscription specifically because I work in Walnut Creek regularly, yet I was still charged because apparently my subscription only applied to one specific garage section while another nearby section was considered completely separate. The app/system is incredibly confusing and not clearly explained. On top of that, when I tried to pay the charge afterward, the app wouldn’t even process the payment properly. Parking should not be this stressful or complicated for employees just trying to get to work.

The interface on the app works ok, it’s decently easy to navigate. That being said, I tried to extent my visit time over 13 hours AND extend it after it expired in the app without actually being at my car, and it was genuinely impossible. This app also uses AI recognition for your car, and has significantly disappointed me in the 13 hours I’ve had it. Wouldn’t recommend, but unfortunately it’s the only option for some. Good luck!

If I could give this app negative stars, I would. The pay to park signs never work at my location. It’s so bad people line up at the cash machine to pay for parking, they don’t even use the app. The app does not let you stop and start a new parking session for 24hr after starting a session. So, you have to wait to start a new session and to receive a text receipt in order to start a new session - potentially causing you to miss your train while you wait to start a new session each day. Horribly built. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
