I am so disgusted with these people. We are staying at a hotel on vacation. The hotel charges a per day parking rate. Metropolis has been charging my card each time I park in the garage without me authorizing them! This vacation has nothing to do with them and I gave them zero information that would tell them they could charge me for this! They were rude on the phone and tried to act like that is standard business. It’s terrible business. Again, I did not even notify them, open the app, allow charges or anything that would allow them to access my account. They wanted me to provide documentation from the hotel proving that I’m staying there. What?!?! So I disputed the charges, argued with them until they removed my method of payment and my vehicle information and closed my account. Absolutely ridiculous!

Long time user. Used to work fine. At 30th St station several lots are available. It will tell me all about them BUT no way to get to place in app where I select the lot, select my car from my list of cars and payment choice. How do I tell it where I am parking. Offers nice directions to the lots but no way to select. Really frustrating.
