This company really needs to streamline their login process. Let’s get with the times and use face login. Must be five clicks and multiple authentication to get these apps open. At the very least, please increase the time out so we don’t have to re-login as often. App also very laggy and constantly waiting for the spinning wheel to stop.

This app doesn’t give clear directions on how to submit billing and there is no number to call or support listed for help. I’ll be giving feedback to the hospital that this is a god awful app
