HOW IT WORKS

Here’s an example! Bo is a boxer whose pet parents have signed up for a Wagmo Wellness and a Wagmo Insurance plan. He goes in for his wellness visit where his vet does some routine bloodwork, updates his vaccines, and prescribes flea & tick medication. His pet parents take pictures of all those receipts, upload them using the Wagmo app, and have cash back in their bank account the very next day. The next month, Bo is at the park and he twists his knee and tears a muscle playing with another dog. Thankfully, he’s ok, but after x-rays, surgery and stitches, his parents get a bill for $2,500. That’s where their Wagmo Insurance kicks in. They upload receipts using the app, and since they’ve opted for 100% coinsurance, they only pay their deductible and get the rest deposited back into their account.

Misleading coverage terms. Claims always rejected for obscure reasons. Cancellation fees if you cancel before reaching a full year. Stay away!

Highly would not recommend. They overcharge and take your money but when you need to submit a claim for reimbursement, it “isn’t covered” worst mistake I’ve ever made.
