HOW CLEVA WORKS

• Every client has a digital wallet. Money can be loaded onto this wallet on a regular schedule, for example £100 per month, or it can be topped up when required.
• Cards are then either provided directly to the client, where they can gain independence with guided spending, or to their care team when they need additional support with their spending.
• When Cleva is used to manage multiple clients at once, simply open the Cleva app, select which client wallet to use and the next purchase on the Cleva card will come from the chosen client wallet.
• The app can also be used to check the balance of the wallet and, as Cleva tracks every purchase, it’s easy to keep track of who spent the money, when and where.
• You also have the option for families to see what’s being spent by or behalf of their loved one.
• There’s no need to carry around multiple cards and any need for cash is removed.
