I want a main app for my Korean learning Journey and i hope this one will help me

At first, this app was amazing. I stopped using it for several months, and now I am bombarded with ads that I cannot mute or get out of. I paid so much money and my subscription is still active, yet they have ruined the app for me. I will not be forced to watch ads against my will. I have cancelled my subscription and will never use this app again. How can they charge me for no ads but then force those horrendous commercials on me? I hope the proper authorities get involved. I want my money back.
