The email is not free and they cancel your account without proper reason. I will be reporting the platform to the FTC. I believe that their business practices are questionable. Save your money

Neo needs overall improvement to make it easier for users. • You can’t drag files from an email to another location. • There is no “important” button for emails. • When you forward and rename an email, it still appears in the same thread. • When replying to a thread, scrolling up to the original email resets the view, making it hard to return to where you were typing. • I prefer new emails/replies to appear at the top, but I can’t find an option to change this (this may be user error).
