PAL Defects

PAL Defects is the tool from Projects Asia Group Company Limited for communication between inspector and contractor for managing and solving the issues in construction sites.

A site inspection usually ends with a note in a book, a photo on someone's phone, and a conversation nobody wrote down. PAL Defects keeps the whole loop — raise, fix, verify, close — in one place, so every defect has an owner, a location, and a record.

THE INSPECTOR

• Raise a defect in a few taps: subject, type of work, and a written description.
• Photograph the problem and mark it directly on the image, so the contractor sees exactly what you mean.
• Record a voice note when typing on site is not practical.
• Pin the exact location on the project keyplan — building, floor, area and room.
• Review rectified work and approve or reject it, with a photo and a reason attached.

THE CONTRACTOR

• See every defect raised against your work, with the original photo, the marked-up image and the location.
• Filter by building, floor and area to clear one zone at a time.
• Submit rectified work with an "after" photo for the inspector to verify.
• Compare before and after side by side.

THE PROJECT TEAM

• A dashboard with total, rectified and remaining defects, and the percentage still outstanding.
• Filter and search the full defect list.
• Every defect carries a reference number, dates and the people involved.

BUILT FOR SITE CONDITIONS

• Works offline. Defects, photos and voice notes are saved on the device and sync when you are back on a connection.
• Choose which keyplan disciplines to download, so the first sync pulls only the drawings you actually need.
• Sign in with Google, or with your email and PIN.
