ABOUT OOXX

The OOXX puzzle is a challenging logic puzzle that can be solved just by reasoning. Similar to Sudoku, Kakuro and Hashi, the puzzles are solved using logic alone. OOXX have other names such as Binero, Binaire, Binairo, Binoxxo, Noughts and Crosses and Takuzu.

This app offers a lot of puzzles and will offer more.

A last warning: OOXX is quite addictive!

Rules

Each puzzle has to be solved according to the following rules:

1. Each cell should contain either X or O.
2. More than two equal X or O immediately next to or below each are not allowed.
3. Each row and each column should contain an equal number of Xs and Os.
4. Each row is unique and each column is unique. Thus, any row cannot be exactly equal to another row, and any column cannot be exactly equal to another column.

Each puzzle has a unique solution. It is always possible to make a next step by reasoning. In other words, the solution can always be found without guessing.
