Graft Pizza

All of our pizza is made in the Neapolitan style. Our dough contains only Tipo "00" flour, water, salt and fresh yeast.

It's proved for 24 hours minimum.

This creates depth of flavour, a "crunchy but soft" texture and an airy crust, which is light and easily digestible.

We use Fior Di Latte mozzarella and only San Marzano (DOP) tomatoes & sea salt for the sauce.
