The session is a safe space where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, or specific situations in your life and find ways to solve problems. Your nilo.expert is a trained psychologist who is there to help and guide you towards solutions that work for you.

Self-guided mental wellbeing programs: We work with our team of expert psychologists to create programs that support you, no matter what you’re going through. Why not explore how to improve your mood, your sleep or your stress—as well as a whole range of other topics—in just a few minutes a day?

On-the-go tools: Our clinician-backed express tools offer quick relief to help you calm down, focus, unwind, or live in the moment. From awareness and reflection exercises to sleep meditations to productivity tricks, you can take a minute to improve your life, anytime.

Daily meditations: Take a few minutes just for you. Observe your breath, focus on the present and calm your mind. The world—and your to-do list—will wait.

Secure data: Just use the credentials you received from your employer to log in to the app. Your information is secure and will not be shared with anyone. Not now, not ever!
