App froze at creating an account. Unable to create an account.

Nothing works. Can’t submit an application to become a provider because the Skills section says that it’s empty even when you type your certification name in. I’m assuming it’s supposed to be a drop-down list, but it doesn’t work. Activation page to create an account for providers doesn’t work at all. It says either the email you entered is already associated with an account, is typed incorrectly or isn’t associated with an account. Again, I’m assuming that you’re supposed to be able to apply to be a provider first and then “activate” your account. But those instructions are not clear on any of the tutorials on the app. This app is not ready for use at all.
