It’s very difficult to use them. Most of the time they don’t work. They are placed inside the garage where mobile network is hard to reach and even though they claim it’s not needed it really doesn’t work. When you try to reach customer service there is longer wait time and they start by collecting all of the personal info. Why can’t they just have an id or something for existing members that they can look up for contact info instead of spelling everything on the call for an exhausted customer who had been trying to make it work? Why don’t you design your customer service by putting the customer at the heart ? Also you are working apartment management that is greedy to collect money. $10 idle fee ? Seriously?

Absolutely terrible charging stations that are finicky and don’t always take your tap. One day it will work, the next day it won’t. I don’t understand why there wouldn’t be a QR code to scan or something more reliable than using NFC communication to pay, especially since not every phone has that technology. Even worse are the bugs fixes they are allegedly resolving. There’s no consistency at all with these charging stations. I have ZERO FAITH in coming to my apartment and using this charger because I can’t trust it to work. If you’re management, DO NOT use this charging station company for your apartment. You’d be shooting your reviews in the foot when your residents find out how unreliable one of your apartment’s selling points are. The worst part is that with the customer service hotline they have no records of your previous ticket. Enjoy wasting more of your time just to re-create a ticket for the exact same issue. Don’t even get me started on the zero follow up. Why do I bother giving my phone number or email if no one is going to contact me or call me back?
