The ordering process is easy. I have ordered quite a few items, and the quality of the items is very good. However, I needed to return two items. The return process has many steps, and customers only have 10 days to mail the return once your return application is approved. If items are easy to order, then items should be easy to return. Update: Lately, it has taken more than 6 weeks to receive my orders, and I never received one order made in January.
