BreathNow is a free blood pressure app that also monitors heart rate, stress, and cardio fitness. It offers guided breathing, meditations, and heart-health activities to help lower BP and pulse on iPhone and Apple Watch. A Cambridge-developed cardio fitness test (VO2Max) adds scientific insight into your heart health.

You can enter BP manually or connect an external monitor via Bluetooth to Apple Health. Your data stays securely stored in Apple Health and can be shared with a doctor. BreathNow also provides alerts for elevated metrics and suggests relaxing techniques—slow breathing, meditation, acupressure, calming music, yoga, and more—to help manage BP and stress daily.
