The Perks4Care Caregiver Recognition and Rewards Program makes it easy to show your caregivers how much you value them. Points are earned by working shifts, earning badges, and winning raffles. Points can then be redeemed in app by the caregiver by selecting a Gift Card and card value from many popular companies. As companies reward caregivers with points and badges, the caregiver will receive raffle tickets (1 raffle ticket for every 100 points earned). There is no cost to the caregiver for these raffle tickets, and each month a raffle drawing will be made to reward one lucky caregiver additional points (typically 10,000 points which can be redeemed for gift cards worth $100).
