Recent reviews

I was using this app daily until the most recent update where they’ve grouped similar photos together at the bottom using AI. It not only slowed me down a lot because I have to double tap on every photo to see it, but in a grouping of 15-20 “similar” photos there’s a wide variety of photos that are not similar at all. If I trust the AI I’ll lose a ton of good photos. It’s so frustrating now I had to stop using it. I deleted it from my phone, and cancelled my subscription, which sucked because I had just renewed it in July for a full year. 😣

I have used this app and it’s predecessor Ollie for years and it used to work well. It’s a simple interface and a great way to clear duplicates, screenshots, and other clutter. The last 6 months or so I have had a LOT of issues, which has led me to not renew my subscription. The app crashes and then no photos show except for those taken since the crash. I end up having to delete the app, redownload, and start over. I’m the last 6 months, I’ve probably had to do this 12 or 13 times. When I’ve reached out for support, I get an “undeliverable” response. I am very disappointed because I did really love this app and found it very useful, but I will likely be switching to a different app once this year subscription expires.
