User Reviews

Swish Sports is praised for its convenience and intuitive design that simplifies organizing pickleball groups, leagues, and round robins, and helps players meet others. However, recurring complaints center on pricing and paywalls, buggy performance and score-entry/timing issues, feature limits without upgrades, and underwhelming support. Overall, it’s valuable for groups that can afford a subscription but many casual players seek cheaper or free alternatives.
Pros
  • Convenience by replacing manual score sheets and name tracking
  • Intuitive, simple, and easy-to-use interface
  • Excellent for organizing groups, leagues, and rotating-partner round robins
  • Helps players meet others and keeps rec play organized
Cons
  • Pricing and paywalls make it feel overpriced for casual groups
  • Bugs and instability (slow loading, score-entry issues, timing problems)
  • Features gated behind upgrades (limits on players/rounds, hard to use without upgrading)
  • Poor support and documentation (delayed responses, generic videos)
  • Sign-in/account creation issues and password reset problems

Probably worth $1-$2 a month for the convenience of not having to use sheets and write down names to keep track. Not everyone has a dupr or wants to. Was ok while it lasted. I’ll stick to my bend pickleball sheets for running round robins.

It’s a good app but a little buggy. I’ve reported it a few times but never resolved. I’m deleting the app. If anyone knows of an alternative or similar app, please let me know. For know, I googled a website that does similar things so will use it going forward.
