Pet Identity

Pet-ID helps pets owners to administer information about their pets.

The Pet Identity program (petidentity.org) offers two mobile applications namely Pet-ID and Pet Medic used by pet owners/caregivers and pet veterinarians resp.

Upon signing up to the Pet Identity program using Pet-ID app, pets owners and caregivers will be able to administer and maintain information (pet profile) about their pets. This information contains pets records including identity, owners and caregivers contact details, medical and vaccinations, treatment and training, veterinarian consults history.

An identification code (qrcode) is also assigned to each pet profile allowing authorized veterinarians to access the pet records using the veterinarian Pet Medic app (available on the store). Granted access to the veterinarian Pet Medic app allows the veterinarian to modify the medical information and vaccinations records of the pet. Consultations reports created by the veterinarians using Pet Medic app, are visible to pets owners through the Pet-ID app.
