Users generally find Heroes Inc! fun and with a cool HQ-progression concept, but the experience is undermined by years of no updates and missing content (Atlantis/Aqua HQ). Many players can’t advance past early bases or are stuck despite upgrades. Key heroes like Spike and Noxious often do little damage, making progression unfair. The game also suffers from frequent bugs and crashes, plus heavy ad load. Overall, a strong core idea that’s hampered by lack of updates and ongoing performance/content issues.
