UNO-GO

What was supposed to be a simple food order turned into a complete mess. If you want your customers to, you know, actually use your service and give you money, at least make it POSSIBLE for people to pay. I attempted to add my credit card to make payment, but I received a pop-up message stating that I need to add my credit card to update. That’s exactly what I was trying to do. I closed the app, reopened it, and tried to use that same credit card but it told me that the payment method could not go through. I then received an email from the fraud center asking whether I authorized UNO-GO’s transaction, which indicates that the payment did in fact go through. However, the app did not even place the order. So you take my money, but don’t even give me my food????? I then had to tell the fraud center that I DID NOT authorize the transaction, causing my credit card to be suspended. Absolutely horrendous and will not be using this terrible app ever again.

Drivers are typically 20-30 minutes late and if they bring you the wrong order you will not get a refund. Use good to go instead.

**Update Review** The app STILL doesn’t allow me to send messages! How are we supposed to communicate with vendors/operators?! The app is supposed to make ordering food more convenient for consumers, but it’s missing the key component of a means to communicate using the app. No issues with drivers, and most times, they’re good with calling me and informing me if there’s an issue with my order. My last order just the other day had one item unavailable—that’s the fault of the vendor…they should’ve informed of the items unavailability. My issue now is that I was told the operator would be refunding me for that item, but I haven’t received it yet. Also, I’m trying to contact them to remind them to refund me and I CAN’T SEND THE MESSAGE THROUGH THE APP TO EITHER THE OPERATOR OR UNO-GO SUPPORT CHAT!!!! What is that?!! Last update for the app says it was 9 mos ago…seriously need to make improvements!!!
