AB-HWC

AB-HWC is a Chrome extension that provides streamlined access to the National Health Portal for Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs). It supports offline data submission and real-time monitoring, helping Community Health Officers and Medical Officers track facility performance and service utilization even with intermittent internet connectivity.

Designed to complement the HWC program, AB-HWC offers user-friendly data entry, progress tracking, and planning support to states and districts. With offline/online capability and real-time reporting, the extension facilitates planning, monitoring, and delivery of Comprehensive Primary Health Care under Ayushman Bharat.
