I wish I didn’t owe anything on my lease return but this app worked as expected. I was directed by my car OEM to use it, VIN lookup worked, pictures worked, etc. Upload and signing worked. No complaints.

Garbage app. I can’t even get started with this app, because it requires a license plate or a VIN to get started, but their lookup engine is broken. The app pops up a window suggesting that you call a support number. Those folks pick up the phone and inform you that they only support dealers… then they transfer you over to consumer support which promptly drops you into a voicemail box where your message will never ever be returned.
