I couldn’t even sign up without glitches

UPDATE: if you log on to check messages from customer service (as this is the only way to communicate with customer service) they WILL log that as “using matchmaking services”. So if you try to dispute the charge they will say you used the app so “services were provided”. Got this through a free promotion "lifetime membership". Was then charged $333. Disputed it twice and lost because in the TOS is basically says they can take back any promotions and change any prices at any time without notice. Also, no one uses this app. I waited for a match one was never provided so l never used it after signing up. Just to even get into the app, not LOG IN, you have to agree to their TOS.
