User Reviews

Users largely praise Full Swing for its quick setup, intuitive interface, and solid data for the price, plus the ability to view live swing data and video across devices. However, recurring complaints dominate: steep price hikes and subscription costs, frequent app reliability problems (lags, freezes, and login/loading data bugs), and hardware reliability concerns (battery life issues and reports of bricked units with poor support). Some reviewers criticize limited data analytics and sharing options, noting that data sharing is restricted to screenshots. Overall, the product shows strong value when functioning smoothly, but persistent reliability and pricing issues deter adoption.
Pros
  • Easy, quick setup on the course (often under 10 seconds)
  • Intuitive, well-designed user interface and smooth UX
  • Strong data quality for the price (data comparable to higher-end systems)
  • Live swing data and video with data available across screen options (monitor, phone, Apple Watch) and audio readouts
Cons
  • Significant price hikes / ongoing subscription costs (e.g., from $99 to $199 and $200/year)
  • App reliability issues (frequent lagging, freezing, crashes, and data-loading bugs)
  • Hardware reliability concerns (battery life issues and reported bricked units with poor support)
  • Limited data sharing and analytics (data sharing largely restricted to screenshots; few analytics)

They now charge $200/year to have access to the functions that were included when you paid $5,000 for the unit. I can’t even access yesterday’s practice session. Very Disappointed by this! Will most likely sell my unit and will not recommend it to anyone.

It worked well for about a year, but now the device itself won’t hold a charge. I can’t take it to the range with me, it has to stay plugged in. I used to be able to use e6 with it, but e6 no longer supports full swing. Support refuses to help me, I essentially have a $5k bricked device

This app has become unusable. I can’t stand this company and wish I didn’t buy this.
