The app only allows you to move your training plan backwards in time, not forwards 😂. So if I miss a day, there’s no way to reschedule it for a day in the future as one would expect.

The UI on this app is horrendous. The app doesn’t load your workouts, it just brings up a web browser of whatever program you joined. Then, to close out of each day is so difficult and you have to see your workouts on the calendar rather than a list view of what’s next. Don’t waste your time with anyone who sells their workouts through this app.
