I’ve been taking classes at Power Life for almost three years. Having gotten so busy with work, teaching and raising our family, I forgot about me. Power Life has so many classes from early morning to later at night with really great people who care-that it feels like my time to reground myself and return to me. You should try it. I think you’ll be grateful you did.

I really enjoy the PL people and the yoga practice that is the heart of it. It’s a welcoming space. Most people could find a home to rediscover your mind, body and breath connection.
