The app is asking for a password to work and is not the probe serial number (the WiFi connection was OK)

Purchased 3 years ago worked fine. Got a new IPhone and app no longer connect. Support says Apple hasn’t approved their updated app to support the new phones yet… last update was WELL over a year ago. Now I have to carry an older iPad around and my phone and probe. Defeats the purpose.
